One of our trained specialists will inspect the concrete/paver area and laser measure for square footage. We will test our chemicals on your floors to ensure customer satisfaction. Our technicians will provide our customers with our 5 step process of Floor Prep, Chemical Application, Deep Agitation, Steam Cleaning, Floor Drying. Elite Commercial does offer sealing and color enhancing of pavers.
Elite Commercial also offers Evaporator and Condenser Deep Cleaning! Our sales specialist will inspect the unit, measure the humidity of the room, and gauge temperature/wind speed coming directly out of the unit. Our technicians will inspect the unit, de-energize, remove the unit (PTAC), apply chemicals, rinse, vacuum, and reenergize the unit. Each unit with receives a condition report at the end of the day. Condensers are available for cleaning as well as blower units.
One of our trained specialists will inspect the VCT or LVT area and laser measure for square footage. We will test our chemicals on your floors to ensure customer satisfaction. EC3 provides VCT maintenance cleaning, top scrubbing, burnishing, and full strip and wax. We apply 4 coats of wax 25% solids. Our LVT Deep Clean process is minimally invasive to ensure the floor does not have the manufacturer's protective coating damaged or that your floors experience warping.

Elite Commercial offers Concrete Polishing! Our sales specialist will laser measure the concrete flooring for square footage accuracy. The floors will be inspected and depth of shine will be discussed. Elite Commercial uses either propane or electric polishing units, depending on scale.
Elite Commercial offers Deep Cleaning on Kitchen Appliances. Our technicians apply degreasing chemicals to the unit, agitate with coarse brushes, rinse down with hi/low pressure water gun powered by our machinery.

We begin fully restoring your stone by honing the floor with various levels of grit to remove scratches dirt and debris. Following the cleanup, our technicians use a patented diamond polishing powder to achieve the desired polish/shine.
